It is our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.   If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return merchandise within 10 from the day of purchase.   Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.   Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.   If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account.  Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.  If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.  Restocking fee: Returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.

How to return or exchange merchandise: 

  • In order to return your merchandise you must obtain RMA.
  • To obtain RMA e-mail Customer service at EMAIL HERE.
  • RMA must be clearly visible on the outer box.
  • All returned merchandise must be unused, in complete original packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions and documentation.
  • Customer is responsible for all freight and insurance charges.
  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
